The buying factors

Editorial scores reflect listed features and buyer fit; they are not laboratory measurements or customer ratings.
Open-ear awareness
The open-ear concept keeps the ears uncovered, making it a suitable design for listeners who want to remain more aware of nearby sound while listening.
Fit flexibility
An adaptable earhook is intended to help the earbuds stay put, giving the design a useful fit focus for daily wear and activity.
Device switching
Multipoint pairing with two devices is a convenient feature for moving between a phone and another paired device.

Who Should Buy OpenFit Air?
Good fit
Choose OpenFit Air if you prefer an open-ear design and want earhooks intended to stay in place during daily wear. The fit approach may appeal if traditional in-ear tips feel too occlusive or are not your preferred style.
It also suits people who juggle a phone and another device: multipoint pairing connects two devices, while the app offers EQ and button customization for a more tailored routine.
The case makes the set more flexible for longer listening stretches, and the quick charge is useful when you need extra time in a pinch.
Keep in mind these are maximum playback figures, so actual use patterns can vary.
Who should skip it
Skip this design if your priority is passive noise isolation or keeping ambient sound out; an open-ear concept intentionally leaves the ears open to the world around you.
It is also a poor fit for swimming, since IP54 water resistance does not establish suitability for immersion. Buyers who rely on calls outdoors should check wind handling before making it their main call headset.
OpenFit Air Review: Fit, Awareness, and Everyday Use
Open-ear design and awareness
OpenFit Air is built around listening while the ears remain open to surrounding sound.
That layout can be useful when you want music or audio without fully disconnecting from nearby activity, but the same openness is a poor match for quiet isolation in noisy spaces.
Earhook fit for movement
The adaptable earhook is intended to keep the earbuds in place, a sensible priority for a model positioned for daily use.
Fit is personal, so buyers who have trouble with earhooks should consider their preference carefully before choosing this style.
Battery and charging rhythm
Up to 6 hours from the earbuds and 28 hours with the case offer a mix of between-charge convenience and a longer overall reserve.
A 10-minute charge adding 2 hours can help when the earbuds need a quick top-up, though it remains a short-session solution rather than a replacement for charging the case.
Controls, calls, and water exposure
The app adds personalized EQ and customizable buttons, and four smart microphones round out the feature set for connected use.
IP54 water resistance is a practical moisture rating to factor into everyday routines, but frequent outdoor callers should assess wind performance for themselves.
